Position Title: General Manager - Garage
Job Brief.
Successful Candidates will be reporting to the Managing DIrector . He/she will be incharge of overseeing and running three (3) of the company branches. He / she will be constantly making decisions, and setting the pace for the teams. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, social, interpersonal skills & have a constant desire to deliver excellence.
Key Duties/ Responsibilities

- Able to enforce policies for your team, while motivating them to get things done in line with company deliverables & culture,
- Keeping your team on track with their goals & deliverables demanding high-levels of performance, and
- Offering leadership support, mentorship to empower the team in their decision-making & personal development.
- Ensure the space is well maintained & consistently repaired to sustain a high standard at all times,
- Ensure core utilities & services are delivered at all times.
- Manage the monthly budget & spending to reduce wastage.
- Ensure excellent levels of customer satisfaction & quick resolution of issues arising,
- Lead your team on Customer Service & how to deliver excellent service,
- Ensure value & quality is delivered to our customer service delivered to all members.
- Engage & creatively contribute to community events & ecosystem activities.
Qualifications.
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 years work experience in similar garage operations.
- Ability to effectively manage and influence a variety of relationships within the workspace,
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities & work effectively on an independent basis,
- Ability to listen well, integrating different perspectives then making good judgments based on values & culture of our organization,
- Ability to pivot comfortably while evaluating information at hand & managing uncertainty.
- Strong understanding of Operational & Administrative Targets and Deliverables.
