LPG Sales Manager Job Vacancy in Juba, South Sudan

Position Title: LPG Sales Manager 

Outrival HR Solutions is a Management Firm based in Nairobi but serving different Companies in Different Industries and Nations.  One of our Clients Operating in Oil & Gas Industry, based in South Sudan, is looking for a competent and experienced candidate to fill in the above position

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for delivering agreed LPG sales targets in line with sales/business plans.
  2. Contribute information to sales strategies by evaluating current customer requirements; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions.
  3. Drive Company brand, profile and proposition through sales in line with market participation strategy.
  4. Pro-actively seek out new business opportunities in the Country and work towards achieving agreed new business targets
  5. Establish and build strong client relationships, delivering high-touch relationship management to all accounts
  6. Maintain and develop growth-oriented relationships with key distribution partners, representing Company interests and building mutually beneficial business relationships
  7. Development of effective action plans in conjunction with corporate and regional strategies.
  8. Constructs and achieves aggressive sales goals in conjunction with the business strategies and marketing plans.
  9. Provides guidance to sales force to yield successful multifunctional relationships with both existing and new clients, identifying key decision-makers to support long-term relationships.
  10. Recognizes, anticipates, and can direct sales activity to solve customer problems, secure opportunities and drive margin growth.

Job Requirements

  1. Hold a Diploma and above in Sales & Marketing or another business-related course.
  2. Should have at least 5 years of Sales and Marketing experience, with 3 years in LPG
  3. Demonstrated track record in achieving new business targets and continually demonstrating application in this key area.
  4. Strong negotiation skills.
  5. Customer service skills and strong business acumen
  6. Conversant with different tenders, bidding and contract methodologies
  7. Efficient written and oral communication skills in English
  8. Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
