Job Title: Technician
Our client is a supplier, agent, and manufacturer of large-scale machinery for food and beverage manufacturers across the globe.
They are looking to hire a technician responsible for all the technical aspects of maintaining and installing ink jet coders for batch & amp; date coding onto FMCG goods, and related machinery.
He/she should be customer service driven with a solid technical background, able to maintain strong client relations.
Large amount of local travel involved.
Required Specifications
Must have basic hand tool skills, be able to operate electrical measuring tools and do fault finding
Matric & N3 Electronics qualification with 3-5 years relevant working experience
Ability to fault find, repair, service & amp; install equipment
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
Should have a valid driver’s license with 3 years driving experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Work environment will mainly be manufacturing plants, factories, packaging plants etc
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office experience and good administrative skills are required
