Position Title: Sales Executive
Location: Nairobi CBD / Kitengela / Bypass
Gross Salary: 15k – 30k Plus Commission
Together As One is a Micro-Investment Company based in Kenya providing Loan (Logbook loan, Car financing, Import duty financing, Business loan, Personal loan) and Savings services they are looking to hire a sales Executive who will be tasked with generating revenue through sales while offering an excellent customer experience.
Duties and responsibilities
- Marketing and selling Company’s products and services to customers through field visits, in house calls, internet, and other marketing channels.
- Drive demand for the company’s product portfolio
- Create market awareness for the company’s product
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
- Identify sales prospects and follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
- Keep a keen eye on market trends and the competition.
- Reviewing sales performance on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of company products and services.
- Prepare forecast, sales budgets, and reports.
Key Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing/business-related field or social science course.
- At least 1 years of working experience
- Good in using Microsoft office applications- word, excel, publisher, and PowerPoint
- Must be Self-motivated, Result oriented, and target driven
- Age 28yrs and above
- Relevant experience in the respective field
- Ability to lead and coordinate a team to achieve set target
- Good-looking individual with excellent communication skill
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Computer Applications.
- Flexible schedule and attentive to details.
- A self-starter and goal achievement-oriented individual who can work without close supervision.
