Position Title: Electrical / Electronics Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair and replace all components of injection molding machines, Blow molding machinery and equipment.
- Have knowledge in handling various Extrusion Ejection Blow Molding Machines, processing machines
- Maintaining electrical and electronic Circuit like PLC, improve the power factor stability, troubleshooting the electrical problems related to machines.
- Have also knowledge in various hydraulic circuits and hydraulic valves.
- Assembly of new extrusion blow molding machines
- Prepare the monthly operating plans based on the established priorities, availability or capacity of workers, parts, materials, machines, and equipment
- Ensure team has absolute clarity on the SOPs, Process Control norms and Safety
- Monitor and track quality issues, analyze and take appropriate corrective actions
- Ensure and give operators proper training on molding and about the hazards that can be occurred and supervise the operators about the work standards, standard operation procedures and quality parameters.
- Handle various blow molding machinery
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering
- Five years’ plus experience in a manufacturing company as an industrial Electrician/Electronics Engineer.
- Knowledge of plastics or experience in a plastics company will be an added advantage
- Must have knowledge of injection and blow machines
