Position Title: Tele-Sales Agents
Our client is a property development company based in Nairobi .We are looking for passionate Telesales agents to join their team.The main duty will be to source for potential clients and follow through with the existing clients. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.
Location : Westlands , Nairobi.
Retainer : 10K plus commission and Bonuses.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Agent. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our companies products, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service and customer support skills
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record
- Training skills for coaching new and existing team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in telesales or sales preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
