Position Title: Company Trainer


Department: Marketing

Reporting to: Country Manager/Marketing Officer


To assist Country Manager and Marketing Officer in developing and implementing all marketing plans for both online and offline strategies, handle all work-related issues about trainers, assess trainer’s performance while figuring out work related problems in trainers’ team in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

General Responsibilities/Work Content

• Oversees training programs that include online based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos among others.

• Determines training needs and requirements for other trainers or groups by meeting with CMs, CAMs, CTs discussing suggestions regarding the same.

• Reviews existing training materials provided to determine appropriateness and relevance basing on the currents needs.

• Modifies or creates materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs

• Review the trainers PPT materials before being used to ensure accuracy of the information provided.

• Schedules training sessions and ensure that calendar is followed.

• To ensure strategic arrangement of the training department with EA BF Suma business Units.

• To evaluate trainers’ and organizational performance to ensure that trainings do meet their set objectives on company performance.

• Develop and implement the training solutions that meets current business needs.

• Participate in the recruitment processes of all CT trainers for EA branches.

  • Experience of 2-3 years working in busy 
  • Minimum qualification at least Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Medicine, Food science and technology, Pharmacy or any other Core science discipline.
  • Should be able to travel across country
  • Teaching or Trainer background a must


  • Basic sales skills and knowledge on the star products
