Position Title: Business Development Officer (Legal)
Our client, Riskhouse International (https://riskhouse.co.ke/) is a professional services firm providing Forensic Investigation, Risk Management, and Compliance Services to various cadres of clients.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Create robust connections with customers, outside business connections, and business stakeholders
- Direct the charge on market research plans to identify recent opportunities
- Motivate new and existing clients by establishing and developing proposals
- Collaborate with colleagues and comrades on the sales and marketing to enhance comprehensive customer experience and satisfaction
- Develop and nurture strong connections with company stakeholders and customers
- Examine customer feedback information to deduce whether customers are gratified with company products and services
- Perform market analysis to point out new business openings
Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
- Must be an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya
- At least 2-3 years post admission experience
- Strong commercial awareness, sound judgment, and competent in business
- Demonstrated experience in pitching for high-value business and achieving service sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and relationship-building abilities.
