Brookhurst International School is a co-educational institution that offers British National Curriculum in Kenya.

We have two campuses in Kiserian and Lavington – Nairobi.

The schools offer: Preparatory, secondary and A level sections within the campuses.

The BTECH and A level programs are offered in our Main campus in Kiserian.

Career Opportunities

  1. Laboratory Technician (must have a diploma and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a school or research institution)

  2. Teacher (RE / History) must have at least 7 years of experience teaching IGCSE curriculum and a degree or masters in education

  3. Teacher (Biology / Chemistry) must have at least 7 years of experience teaching IGCSE curriculum and a degree or master’s in education

  4. Education Quality Assurance Officers (2 positions): The role is to frequently assess implementation of the academic program to ensure standards are adhered to. Candidates must have a Bachelor of education and a Master’s in Education, Monitoring and evaluation. Experience of a minimum of 7 years and preferably in the IGCSE system of education. This position is suitable to experienced teachers and with experience in education management.

  5. Languages teachers (mandarin, Spanish, and German)

  6. French Teacher with subject combination of either RE, History or Geography ( Degree in education and 7 years of experience)

  7. Cateress (must have a diploma or degree in catering and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a busy kitchen

  8. IT system support (must have a degree in IT and experience in working with ERP systems such as Navision and Central Business system). During the initial year, one is required to work with system developers and train the users.
