Medical Officer In Charge (1 Position)

Based in our Naivasha branch and reporting to the Hospital Manager, with functional reporting to the Medical Services Manager, this position will be responsible for planning, organizing and implementation of all medical activities in the hospital, supervision of the medical services team both in and outpatient and ensuring quality service delivery and clinical practise.

Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Medicine and Surgery (MbCHb) or with more than 3 years post internship work experience.

In addition, the successful candidates must have a high sense of business acumen and excellent skills in stakeholder management. Valid certification in BLS, ATLS,ACLS is required.

Senior Credit Officer – NHIF (1 Position)

Reporting to the Credit Controller, this position is responsible for coordinating NHIF daily operations, generation of payable claims and implementation of NHIF contract through training, timely verification, complete claiming of invoices, in line with the company’s strategic objectives.

Applicants must be in possession of a bachelor’s degree in a business-related course with professional qualification in finance or credit management. This position requires active knowledge and experience in individual debt management.

The successful candidate must have experience in a busy hospital environment with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position leading a team.

Nursing Services In Charge (1 Position)

Based at our Nakuru CBD branch and reporting to the Hospital Manager, this position is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the nursing team within the hospital.

In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring consistency and continuity of high quality nursing care, while upholding the highest professional standards and excellent customer service.

Applicants must be in possession of Diploma in KRCHN or equivalent, valid certification in BLS, ACLS or ATLS and prior experience managing a large team of nursing staff in a hospital setting.

A degree in any health care area or a higher national diploma in a specialized area will be an added advantage. The position requires active knowledge and experience in People Management and Customer service.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 6 years cumulative experience in a busy hospital environment with 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position.

Clinical Services In Charge (1 Position)

Based in our Adams branch and reporting to the Hospital Manager, with functional reporting to the Medical Officer in Charge, this position will be responsible for planning, organizing and implementation of all clinical activities in the hospital, supervision of the clinical services team both in and outpatient and ensuring quality service delivery and clinical practise.

Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelors degree or Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery. The position requires active knowledge and experience in People Management and Customer service.

The successful candidate must have experience in a busy hospital environment with experience of a minimum of 3 years in a similar position leading a team. In addition, the successful candidates must have a high sense of business acumen and excellent skills in stakeholder management.

Valid certification in BLS, ATLS,ACLS is required.

Registered Clinical Officers (Several Positions)

Reporting to the Clinical Services in Charge, this position will be responsible for providing superior interventional and preventative medical care at the Hospital units.

Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery with valid certification in ACLS and licensing from The Clinical Officers Council of Kenya. In addition they must possess a minimum 2 years post recognition experience working in a busy hospital environment.

Marketing Officer (1 Position)

Based at the Nakuru area and reporting to the Hospital Manager with matrix reporting to the Head of Business Development, Marketing and Communication, this position is responsible for growing the business unit through developing and executing marketing and business development strategies, plans and activities.

This position will also support stakeholder management as required.

Applicants must be in possession of a Degree in Marketing or related field with at least 3 years working experience in aggressive sales and marketing. Experience in a busy hospital environment or service industry will be an added advantage.

Imaging Services In Charge (1 Position)

Reporting to the Hospital Manager, with a matrix reporting to the Imaging Services Manager, this position is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the activities in Imaging Department while ensuring availability of the services/equipments, cost and stock control and superior customer service.

This position is currently open at our Hurlingham unit.

Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma or Degree in Medical Imaging Sciences. A Higher National Diploma in Ultrasound will be and added advantage.

In addition the applicant must have a valid license from the Radiation Protection Board of Kenya. The position requires active knowledge and experience in People Management and Customer service.

The successful candidate must have experience in a busy hospital environment with experience of a minimum of 3 years in a similar position leading a team.

Pharmacy Services In Charge (1 Position)

Reporting to the Hospital Manager and with matrix reporting to the Pharmacy Services Manager, this position is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the Pharmacy team within the hospital unit. The job holder will superintend the branch pharmacy.

In addition, he/she will ensure high quality and continuity of services rendered, stock control and excellent customer service. This position is open at our Adams Branch.

Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology and must be enrolled with the Pharmacies and Poisons Board.

The position requires active knowledge and experience in People Management and Customer Service. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 6 years cumulative experience in a busy hospital environment with 1 to 3 years supervisory experience.

Programmes Officer (1 Position)

Based at the Gender Violence and Recovery Centre Corporate Office and Homa Bay County and reporting to the Programmes Manager, this position is responsible for day to day implementation of the GVRC programmes and delivery of project plans to meet both organizational and partner expectations.

Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from a recognized university with 3 years’ experience in programme implementation.

The position demands active knowledge and experience in Business, Financial, People and Stakeholder management; as well as active application of Information Systems.

Theatre In Charge (1 Position)

Reporting to the Nursing Services in Charge, this position is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all activities in the Theatre to ensure a high standard of care in line with the hospital’s policies and procedures.

This position will ensure efficiency in theater operations including overseeing CSSD for the Hospital and will be responsible for growing Theatre revenues and managing costs. This position is open at our Hurlingham Branch.

Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a Higher Diploma in Peri- Operative Nursing. In addition, successful candidates must have a valid license from the NCK and valid ACLS certification (preferably with AHA) .

The position requires active knowledge and experience in People Management and Customer service.

The successful candidate must have experience working busy hospital environment with experience in a similar position leading a team. Higher Diploma in Peri-Operative Nursing will be an added advantage.

Pharmaceutical Technologists (Several Positions)

Reporting to the Pharmacy Services in Charge this position will be responsible for receiving and filling prescription requests as per company policies and procedures. This position is open at our Naivahsa Branch.

Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technologist and a valid license with the KPPB. In addition, they must have minimum post registration experience of 2 years in a busy hospital.

Call Center Assistant (1 Position)

Based at the Corporate Office, this position is responsible for delivery of excellent call services to ensure superior customer experience for all customers calling the organization.
