Agri Consultant (Must be a Tanzanian National)
1) Expansion in a cluster :
An Agri consultant handle on an average 6-8 BLF Centers in a cluster & ensure all services, activities, coordination with various stakeholders
Identify potential agri-entrepreneurs for onboarding as a BLF center owner.
Identification of district, block where they’ll open centers.
Direct new lead of AE (Farmer, Agri graduate, women, FPOs, NGOs)
Identification & introduce the distributor of BCS & Partner companies to BLF Centers, who will supply the material to BLF centers in that cluster
2) Demand generation
Execution of farmer training program
Run product campaign pf BCS & support/ coordination with Partner companies for driving their product campaign around BLF centers
Connect new farmer with BLF centers & provide the data to SHFM /SAM
Focus on women farmers: Organise Special training camp
Support AEs to make BLF centers servicable for engaging farmer activities at BLF centers
3) Model Farm
Implementation of the model farms / ROI calculation on passport. Farmer will maintain the passport
Selection of farmer where Model farm has to maintain
Educate that farmer for best agricultural practices & show case the comparison farmer practices vs Good practices , yield difference
Ensure branding of Model farm
Organise field visit of surrounding farmers & showcase the best result
4) Digital tools
Support & encourage AE for various tools like billing app, BRP etc
Use of Farmrise app to record the data of Model farm activities.
5) Coordination with partner companies
Coordination with various partner & their involvement in operation at BLF cluster, centers.
Help & inform partner for various farmer, AEs training program
6) Commercial
Annual Business planning with centers
Hand holding on Business Plan for AEs
Ensure minimum viable business of AEs as per potential of area
Ensure exclusivity & coordinate with supplier for timely supply in case any issue.
7) Salary
