Position Title: Finance Assistant – Credit Control

Reports To: Assistant Manager – Finance

Purpose of the Position: The position is responsible for the timely execution of finance functions, revenue assurance and credit control.

Key Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure all revenue is promptly and correctly receipted.
  • Ensure daily submission of receipt declaration report.
  • Respond to all general ledger reconciliations queries.
  • Ensure minimal leakage through compliance and accurate receipting.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of intermediary statement of accounts.
  • Assist in commission processing.


  • Bachelor degree in Commerce or Business related course.
  • At least 1 year of work experience
