Our Client, in the Real Estate Industry is seeking to hire a Sales Representatives with the ability to attain and retain new clients’.
Applicants must be self-motivated, ethical and focused individuals, with a desire to advance their career in Sales and Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Ability to meet set targets and generate revenue
- Acquire new business as well as upsell to existing clients’
- Retain acquired new business through provision of excellent customer service
- Identify, new business opportunities, to generate a pipeline of qualified leads, and continuously write proposals and pitch
- Build strong and long-lasting customer relations with clients
- Collate market information intelligence and prepare management reports
- Any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Certificate in Sales and Marketing
- A Degree in Marketing or relevant business field is an added advantage
- At least 2 years continuous practical sales experience
- Computer Literate (Knowledge of MS-Office Suite)

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- A good planner, organized and a reliable team player
- Problem solver with good time management skills
- Ethical, teachable and proactive individual
