AMSOL Business Development Officer Job Vacancy in Kenya

Africa Management Solutions Limited (AMSOL) is a Management Consulting firm with a bias in HR and organizational development.

The company has been in business for over 12 years with the main office being in Nairobi and has partnerships across several African countries.

We are looking to employ a driven and detail-oriented person to immediately fill the following position;

Position Title: Business Development Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company services.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Crafting new business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Responding to new business queries promptly and follows up to conclusion.
  • Generate leads and cold call for prospective customers
  • Identify, target and build new relationships with existing and potential clients for revenue growth.
  • Develop a credible pipeline of prospective clients and growth strategies to help drive revenue growth.
  • Understand client needs and be able to tailor solutions to address them.
  • Identify and participate in various tenders arising in the market
  • Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in a Business-related field.
  • 3 years working experience as a business development officer/Project Coordinator, 2 of which should be from Human Resource Company or related business.
  • Ability to effectively research new markets.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Decision-making and leadership skills.
  • Advanced time management and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources Agencies or other related fields will be added advantage
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, self-driven and able to Work with minimal supervision.
