Position Title: Head of Technical Operations

In line with our growth strategy, we would like to fill the following vacancy:

Head – Technical Operations

Engagement: Full-time

Reporting to: Managing Director

Probation period: 3 months

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
  • Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
  • Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
  • Project budgeting
  • Provide support and advice on new potential business opportunities
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Required Skills / Experience

  • 7+ years’ experience in an IT professional consulting services firm or related
  • Experience in managing implementation of Tier 1/Tier 2 ERPs
  • Excellent communications and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in project management software e.g. MS projects
  • PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL/Lean Six Sigma certification is desirable
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Automation solutions e.g. ERPs, DBMS, Cloud, Infrastructure
  • Business acumen
