Position Title: Supervisor - Quality Assurance

Job Purpose

Responsible for coordination and implementation of the department’s quality assurance activities and ensuring quality standards are met within the department.

Key Responsibilities/ Duties / Tasks

  1. Operational Responsibilities / Tasks
  • Keep track of departmental quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with best practice.
  • Document internal audits, ISO audits and other quality assurance initiatives.
  • Prepare semi-annual departmental QMS management review reports.
  • Organize QMS review meeting with the department’s Senior Management.
  • Review and enhance compliance with Quality management system (QMS) requirements.
  • Recommend and follow-up implementation of corrective actions for QMS non-conformities.
  • Assessing, documenting and reporting service quality performance.
  • Monitor and follow-up system updates of audit recommendations implementation status by responsible parties.
  • Ensure all departmental quality standards are met.
  • Recommending changes and continuous improvements in quality performance of the department.
  • Reviewing and recommending amendment of quality policies & procedures to incorporate trends and continuous improvements.
  • Communicating and creating awareness on quality standards and quality performance among department staff.

Job Competencies (Knowledge, Experience and Attributes / Skills).

Academic qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business Studies, Economics, Statistics or related field from a recognized university.

Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.

Professional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies

Quality Audits, Quality Improvement or quality assurance.

Previous relevant work experience required.

At least 3 years working experience in work experience in similar role
