Position Title: Graphic Design Internship
Job purpose: Support the companies marketing team in their branding & communication efforts to reach out to various clients on different communication initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and design various materials for digital and print
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
- Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
- Collaborate with internal team members to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company
- Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
- Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces
- Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
- Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work and creativity.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Minimum of 1 Year experience in graphic design.
- Basic understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
