Position

Options is seeking the services of an Events Organiser Consultant who will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing a film screening at an art exhibition event planned for February 2024 in Nairobi, Kenya. The film screening will be a hybrid event.

The consultant will take the lead and support in:

  • Strategic planning and execution of a hybrid event;
  • Logistics and venue management;
  • Audience engagement;
  • Data and analytics;
  • Develop a pre and post-evaluation report.

Requirements

  • Innovative thinking and ability to create exceptional memorable events;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients;
  • Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with clients;
  • High level of professionalism;
  • In-depth knowledge of the events industry including trends and best practices;
  • Proven experience in planning and executing a variety of hybrid events;
  • Ability to negotiate and secure a cost-effective venue.
