Position Title: Driver
Reporting to the transport supervisor, the holder of this positions will glorify God by ensuring safe transportation of staff, patient and goods.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum KCSE Certificate D+(plus)
- Valid driving license ABCE minimum.
- Public Service Vehicle Drivers’ License
- Certificate of good conduct from the National Police Service
- Certification of driving by a professional body- preferable
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
- Knowledge of safety procedures and processes
- Training in defensive driving
- First Aid Skills from a recognised body- an added advantage
- At least three years’ working experience as a Driver in a reputable organisation.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexible and able to work odd hours and days
- Must have the ability to remain patient and tactful
- Must demonstrate high integrity and ethical practice
- Must demonstrate ability to execute work assigned with minimum supervision
- Must be a team player who is able to work cordially in teams
- Must have the ability to communicate for both written and oral communication
- Must be a born again and committed Christian with evidence of maturity in faith
- Ability to translate and communicate biblical values / hospital ethics in personal life and professional life
