Position Title: Sales & Marketing Manager
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for leading sales and marketing activities, developing strategies for sales growth, and providing feedback to promote the brand and business.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Service
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Implement new sales plans and advertising.
- Supervise sales, marketing, and advertising staff.
- Stay updated on industry developments.
- Conduct market research.
Sales & Marketing Activities:
- Promote existing brands and launch new products.
- Analyze budgets, prepare annual plans, and meet sales targets.
- Research and develop marketing opportunities.
- Attend trade shows and conferences.
Management Advisory:
- Prepare reports for senior management on S&M metrics and KPIs.
- Attend management meetings to present plans and activities.
- Gather, investigate, and summarize market data.
- Maintain client relationships.
- Disseminate the CEO’s expectations.
Internal Relations and Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Train and develop Sales & Digital Marketing staff.
- Manage the performance of S&M representatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments for proper alignment.
- Support the development of training programs.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5-8 years of marketing or sales experience, preferably in Microfinance or financial services.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Management experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Data analysis and report writing abilities.
- Ability to follow company policies and work under pressure.
