Position Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Our shoes are well positioned with presence in the major malls of the country's business hubs cities- Nairobi and Mombasa and continually offering pleasant and convenient services. We seek to recruit high calibre, result oriented and self-driven individual to fill in the position of Customer Service Administrator to assist our growing company. Core objective

Provide administrative support to the company.

Key responsibilities

  1. Answering and responding to customer's queries and resolving any customer conflict.
  2. Coordinating with sales and other relevant departments in processing orders
  3. Keeping books & records-maintain accurate/documentation associated with your work
  4. Organising meeting & distributing post meeting records
  5. Directly helping executives i.e principle assistant to the company executives.
  6. Scheduling & handling calendars for the senior management.
  7. Carrying out invoice processes in liaison with the finance team.
  8. Co-ordinating office projects
  9. Planning and making the travel arrangements for the company.
  10. Will also act as the company front office/Receptionist personnel.
  11. Other ad hoc administrative and customer service task as required.

Qualification and competencies

  1. Proven experience as a office administrator/customer service administrator.
  2. At least 2 years of proven experience.
  3. Experience working in retail industry will be an added advantage.
  4. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
  5. Must be computer literate
  6. Outstanding organisational and coordination skills
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Excellent customer service skills
  9. Bachelors/Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field.
