Position Title: Pool/Locum Phlebotomist
Reporting to the Laboratory Assistant Manager, the holder of the position will glorify God by receiving patients’ samples, collect specimens and distribute them to their respective benches and participate in the spiritual ministry.
Applicants Qualifications, Experience, Competencies and Attributes
- Certificate in Phlebotomy course or Certificate in Medical Laboratory Sciences
- Kenya certificate of secondary education mean grade C- or equivalent
- Computer literacy
- Must demonstrate high integrity and ethical practice
- Must demonstrate ability to execute work assigned with minimum supervision
- Must be a team player who is able to work cordially in teams
- Should have ability to solve problems by applying relevant knowledge
- Must have good communication and presentation skills
- Must be aligned to the Mission and Vision of AIC Kijabe Hospital
