Our client, seeks to recruit dynamic, results oriented energetic and self-driven individuals for the Position of Sales Promoters.
Salary Range: Kshs 30,000
Reports to: Area Sales Representative
Location: Nairobi, Kenya.
Number of Positions: 0ne (10) Positions
Placement: Immediate
Overall purpose of the Job: The job holder will be responsible for product promotion and sales support existing Hub Agrodealers (AGD) with a focus on increasing sales revenue in the assigned Area
Key Role Accountabilities
- Sales support to AGD. Uplifting product to smaller Agrovet shops, in-shop promotion.
- Farmer recruitment and support. Provide product and agronomic training for farmers, customers and partners
- Assist demo set up and management
- Demonstrate the value, positioning and agronomic benefit of brand Fertilizer products to farmers
- Assist Sales Person in organizing and conducting field day
- Data collection
- Local representation in field activity. Build strong working relationships with community members both farmers and government personnel
- Identify and pass business opportunities to sales personnel
- Reporting on a daily basis to ASR on planning and achievement
