Our Client, an International FMCG Company is seeking to recruit suitable candidates for its Tanzania operations.
Position Title: Brand Operations Assistant
Summary: The successful candidate will ensure flawless execution of the Dairy category activities in Tanzania to achieve the business objectives.
A day in the life of a Brand Assistant:
- Collaboration with activation agency to execute the Dairy category Activations.
- Collaboration with Above The Line agencies to execute the Dairy digital and media plans
- Provide the required Point of Sale material and ensure deployment to drive trade visibility.
- Management of brand Profit & Loss (P/L), tracking performance and sharing corrective measures where applicable.
What will make you successful
- You will have a Bachelor of Commerce Degree – Marketing Option.
- At least 2-years marketing experience from the FMCG industry.
- Awareness of brand plans development and experience in brand activities execution.
- Good reporting & communication skills.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Able to collaborate internally & externally.
- Experience working with agencies.
- Conversant with MS office packages.
