Position Title: Paintball Attendant

Gross Salary: KShs 20K – 30K
Our client is an outdoor extreme sports company.
They seek to hire a competent Paintball Attendant who will to ensure that the rules of paintball are being followed by all players at all times
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Explain the rules of paintball to customers’.
- May be required to remove customers who do not follow the rules.
- Attendants should be energetic and have the physical ability to be on their feet for long periods, as they will be standing, walking and even running during paintball games.
- Enforces the safety rules on the field while a game is in progress.
- Explains how to play the game, strategy and tactics.
- Checks players for paint splats when they are hit.
- Restarts the game after paint check has been performed.
- Takes disciplinary action against players that violate safety rules.
- Check all players for barrel covers while exiting the playing field.
- Make sure everyone is wearing a mask until safety exiting the field.
- Chronograph each self-equipped player’s gun before every match.
- Discipline any player that shoots their gun outside of the field.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in any related field
- Energetic. Physical ability to be on your feet 8 hours at a time
- Ability to make change, basic maths skills
- Ability to effectively explain rules and regulations to customers
- Strong conflict management skills
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Paintball experience desired
- First Aid certification a plus
- Effective communication and customer service skills
