Gross Salary: Khs 30k
We are a paint manufacturing company since 2015.
We have a wide range of products both water and solvent based.
We are seeking to recruit sales and marketing representatives in the following counties:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Should constantly visit existing customers and ensure all their needs are catered to. Evaluate their needs, promote products and services
- Researching prospects and generating new leads.
- Setting sales goals and developing sales and marketing strategies/campaigns.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, through email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotations and proposals, helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
- Ensuring timely collection of paint orders from customers
- Managing the sales process through an ERP
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Visiting hardware shops to get paint orders
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Preparing and forwarding weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Maintaining and submitting client records.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Minimum Qualifications
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:
- Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or business related
- Should hold at least 5 years of experience in Sales & marketing
- MUST HAVE prior and extensive experience in selling paint products.
- Consistent track record in achieving sales targets
- Having existing leads shall be a bonus
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Good Interpersonal skills.
