Position Title: Humanitarian Aid Volunteering

Partecipa alla nuova opportunità Humanitarian Aid Volunteering nell'ambito del programma European Solidarity Corps. Nell'estate del 2023, avrai la possibilità di unirti al nostro staff in America Latina e Caraibi, Africa e Medio Oriente, dove sosteniamo le comunità vulnerabili, rafforzandone le capacità e la resilienza.

L'iniziativa è aperta a giovani di età compresa tra i 18 e i 35 anni che risiedono legalmente in uno Stato membro dell'UE o in un altro Paese associato al programma (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Turchia and Repubblica della Macedonia del Nord).

WeWorld si impegna a garantire principi di uguaglianza, diversità e inclusione durante il processo di selezione. Si incoraggia la partecipazione di ragazze e ragazzi attualmente non coinvolti in percorsi formativi o lavorativi (NEET) e persone appartenenti a minoranze e/o categorie vulnerabili.

Come partecipare all'iniziativa

La lista completa delle posizioni e dei profili richiesti verrà pubblicata nei prossimi mesi. Per avere la possibilità di candidarti devi prima completare questi step:

✓ Registra ora il tuo profilo ed esprimi il tuo interesse nel European Solidarity Corps' Portal.

✓ Assicurati di selezionare l'opzione " I want to be considered for the Humanitarian Aid Volunteering projects" (Voglio essere preso in considerazione per i progetti di volontariato nell'ambito dell'aiuto umanitario).

✓ I corsi di formazione online su EU Academy saranno accessibili tramite la scheda " Online training" nel tuo account del European Solidarity Corps. Dovrai selezionare l'opzione " Humanitarian aid training”. Verrai ridirezionato sull'EU Academy

✓ Per procedere ti è richiesto di fare un'autovalutazione, potrai seguire la formazione online e un test.

✓ Una volta superato il test potrai esprimere il tuo interesse per la formazione faccia a faccia attraverso un calendario per la prenotazione su EU Academy.
✓ Dopo aver completato la formazione faccia a faccia, entrerai a far parte del pool di candidati idonei a essere selezionati dai progetti Humanitarian Aid Volunteering sul European Youth Portal.

Are you interested in volunteer opportunities in the humanitarian sector?

Take part to the new Humanitarian Aid Volunteering opportunity within the European Solidarity Corps programme. In summer 2023, you will have the chance to join our staff in Latin America and the Caribbean, Africa and the Middle East, where we support vulnerable communities, building their capacity and resilience.

This initiative is open to young people between 18 and 35 years old who are legally residing in an EU Member State or another country associated with the programme (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Turkey and Republic of North Macedonia).

WeWorld is committed to ensuring principles of equality, diversity and inclusion during the selection process. We encourage the participation of youths currently not involved in education or employment (NEET) and people from minorities and/or vulnerable groups.

How to participate in the initiative

The complete list of required positions and profiles will be published in the coming months. To have the chance to apply you must first complete these steps:

✓ Register your profile now and express your interest on the European Solidarity Corps' Portal.
✓ Make sure you select the option "I want to be considered for the Humanitarian Aid Volunteering projects".
✓ The online training courses on EU Academy will be accessible through the "Online training" tab in your European Solidarity Corps account. You need to select the option "Humanitarian aid training". This will redirect you to the EU Academy
✓ To proceed you are required to take a self-assessment, an online training and a test.
✓ Once you have passed the test you will be able to express your interest in the face-to-face training through a scheduling procedure on the EU Academy
✓ After completing the face-to-face training, you will join the pool of candidates eligible to be selected for Humanitarian Aid Volunteering projects on the European Youth Portal.

If you have already participated in the EU Aid Volunteers initiative and registered your profile, you can access the portal with the same credentials.
