Position Title: HR Projects Manager

We are currently hiring for a HR Projects Manager, where you will use your people management skills and HR expertism to oversee the execution of our HR projects.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and drive project and process management frameworks to enable the HR team and the organization archive the core objectives

2. Bring order and process to complex cross team projects

3. Develop strategies and roadmaps for strategic programs across the HR function

4. Drive alignment across all of the pillars of the HR team (i.e., Strategy, L+D, Payroll, Events, People Ops)

5. Own internal documentation for the People team, creating a canon of process documentation that keeps the team highly organized.

6. Work across the People team’s list of initiatives to ensure all projects are well measured, scoped, defined and tracked.

7. Data Analysis and Reporting – where applicable, provide data analysis and reporting,

8. Report on project progress and status.

9. Plan, coordinate and execute projects across the organization including tracking and reporting on status risks, issues and dependencies.

10. Ensure consistency in HR practices across all hubs especially in relation to salary and benefits, recruitment & induction, completion and termination of contracts and bring them in line with our values and fairness principles.

Job Skills & Qualifications Required:

1. Bachelors’ degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent

2. CHRP qualification is an added advantage

3. Must be a member of IHRM

4. 5 years of experience in human resource field

5. Substantial senior experience in human resource management in a Human Resource Consultancy environment. -Minimum 2 years

6. Experience in HR transformation, process changes and implementation.

7. Experience of planning and executing HR projects of varying size and complexity involving but not limited to the areas of recruitment, HR Outsourcing and HR Support Services etc.

8. Experience in change management.

9. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across the organization.

10. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

11. Highly organized with the ability to prioritise and manage numerous projects with competing priorities.

12. Self-starter, strong drive and result oriented.
