Dairy Products Sales Manager Job Vacancy in Kenya

Our client, a dairy production company, seeks to hire a Sales Manager.

He/she will be responsible for formulating and implementing sales strategies, ensuring sales targets are met, and leading a sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Set sales targets and ensure they are met
  • Proactively identify leads, pursue and close leads
  • Grow the company’s market share across board
  • Grow brand awareness and visibility
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct market research and keep abreast with market trends
  • Ensure product supply chain processes and standards are followed
  • Create the sales budget and manage expenditure
  • Recruit, coach, motivate, appraise and manage a dynamic sales team
  • Submit sales reports as required by the senior management
  • Spearhead a strong customer-centric culture.

Required Specifications

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales and marketing of dairy products
  • Able to manage large sales production
  • Aggressive in selling and with a great sales track record
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales and marketing or any related field
  • Flexible, highly motivated and able to travel frequently
  • Able to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to recruit, on board, develop and manage a sales team
  • A strong, resilient, result-oriented individual and an excellent team player
