Our client, Riskhouse International is a professional services firm providing Forensic Investigation, Risk Management, and Compliance Services to various cadres of clients.
The Nairobi Head Office seeking to fill the following position:
Position Title: General Manager
Principal Accountabilities:
- Strong understanding of areas and technology in Cyber Security, Digital Forensics, Forensic Accounting, Forensic Audit Fraud Compliance, and Investigations which allows you to effectively communicate and speak to the organization’s service offerings
- Creating and implementing strategies for business growth while pursuing large projects for implementation
- Develop and implement sales strategies for new customers and nurturing existing business while seeking change by monitoring industry/competitor trends and identifying best practices
- An innate passion for networking, while having the motivation to maintain your tight-knit connections
- Ability to engage C-suite level executives, gain mindshare and credibility, building trust in the relationship.
- Possess strong project management and delivery capabilities
- Execute such other tasks as shall be located to you by the Board of Directors
Qualifications, Experience, and knowledge:
- Master’s degree in project management, business or technology subject areas
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with IT, Finance, Project Management with a professional qualification such as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Must be a member of ICPAK or Institute of Internal Auditors
- At least 8 years’ of well-rounded experience the roles above
- Excellent organizational and project management skills as well as the ability to oversee various projects
- Ability to work and team effectively with clients and high-level leadership as well as influence all team members
- A dedication to teamwork and integrity within a professional environment
- Proven business development skills
- Self- driven and with leadership and management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Have attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
