Field Sales Representative Needed
Dear Sales Representative,
We’re looking for 8 sharp, hungry and switched-on sales warlords to join our team.
So what do we mean by a sales warlord?
A motivated, competitive go-getter, who is ready to scorch the earth with their superhuman sales ability.
Someone who is looking for a role where they can truly realize their potential…
And be rewarded with uncapped salary and commissions…..
While selling something that people actually want…and more importantly, delivers real transformational results to your customers.
Sales must be something you take seriously. Like deadly serious….
And you’ll run through walls to get to a decision (whether a no or a yes)
There is no lead you won’t follow up on. No prospect that can hide from your unrelenting follow up game.

We are an e-commerce company that deals with the selling of beddings and kitchen appliances.
This is what we’re looking for…
REQUIREMENTS
1. Self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative.
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Must have experience in field sales. (This does not mean that you’ll be carrying products around like a hawker)
4. Proven sales success.
5. Must be a top producer.
6. Must be able to grow our sales and turn over a MONTHLY revenue of at-least 600K
7. Must be living in Nairobi and knows its route plans very well.
8. Must have a Smartphone
9. Experience in high ticket sales or advertising sales is a HUGE plus but not essential.
