Our client who is in real estate field hereby seeks to recruit results-oriented and self-experienced professional to join our team for the position of a Digital Marketer.
SALARY: GROSS SALARY OF KSHS 50,000.00 -70,000.00
COMMISSION: Commission will be paid for business as per the company policy.
DURATION OF THE CONTRACT: Two years (renewable subject to good performance)
TYPE OF ENGAGEMENT: FULL TIME (WORK FROM THE OFFICE).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
- Create compelling and effective logos and designs for both print and digital media.
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.
- Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online Marketing strategies into effective designs.
- Review the company website daily and make changes as and when required
- Develop graphics for product illustration and online communication.
- Use content to create compelling graphic presentations.
- Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points.
- Creatively produce new ideas and concepts as well as contribute to creative brief on branding and general product support.
- Use effective digital marketing strategies to push the company’s brand
- Actively engage clients through various social media platforms
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- Proficient in Social Media usage i.e. Be familiar with Google Ad words and sponsored ads and Search Engine Optimization.
- Exposure in Customer Experience
- Accuracy and attentiveness to details
- Exceptional creativity
- Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
- Able to manage Digital Platforms by posting daily updates and images
- Can engage audience effectively and respond to queries and complaints on social media pages
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree/diploma in Marketing
- 1-3 years’ experience in online/social media marketing
- Sales and marketing skills
- Customer care skills
