Position Title: Head of Sales

In line with our growth strategy, we would like to fill the following vacancy:

Head of Sales

Engagement: Full-time

Reporting to: Managing Director

Probation period: 3 months

Primary Responsibilities

  • Execute strategies developed by the top management team
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
  • Planning and overseeing new sales initiatives.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Developing goals for the business development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
  • Training sales personnel and helping team members develop their skills
  • Establish and maintain relationships with OEMs
  • Forecast and track key sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Draft and revise a variety of contracts with customers
  • Ensure the organization’s internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes
  • Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit

Required Skills / Experience

  • 7+ years’ knowledge and experience of Oracle and Microsoft solutions and partner ecosystem.
  • Experience selling cloud solutions.
  • Hands-on, execution-oriented, willing and able to drive the progress of existing projects as well as plan the delivery of new activities
  • Experience in Tenders is a must.
  • Excellent communications and problem-solving skills.
  • A strategic thinker with keen knowledge of technology solutions.
  • Experience managing sales pipeline
  • A demonstrated track record of success with high levels of energy and self-motivation
  • Experience in managing a team
