Positon Title: Sales Assistant – Corporate Sales

Qualifications: Bachelor / Diploma in Sales / Business Administration / Management / DBIT

Experience Level: Entry level

Experience Length: 2 years


  • Attend to walk-in corporate clients on behalf of sales people.
  • Maintain & update the client lists for individual sales persons.
  • Booking of corporate clients into scheduled courses on behalf of sales executives.
  • Raise and Maintain a register for student numbers and ICDL numbers for corporate clients on scheduled courses & corporate exclusive courses.
  • Ensuring that certificates are passed to clients within the specified time.
  • Printing and sending out mailers to clients when required.
  • Prepare and Provide customers with quotations.
  • Respond to all inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Any other duty that may be assigned.

Minimum Requirement and Skills:

  • Must have sound knowledge of Ms Office packages (ICDL qualification preferred)
  • Preferably with 1-2 years’ experience in front office services (non-supervisory) and good data entry skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing handling corporate sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work in an extremely high-pressure and high accountability environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively to customers.
