We are hiring for the Office Administrator position on behalf of our client.
Salary: 25K
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling office queries on the phone or via email and directing accordingly
- Taking minutes during management meetings
- Handle correspondence between the company and clients
- Petty cash management; Reconciling petty cash reports with receipts submitted by the tech team
- Ensure timely payment of office bills
- Keeping track of documents and record keeping
- Tendering; Identify tenders for appraisal, ensure timely purchase of tenders and delivery of tenders/ quotations
- Preparation and sending of quotations as per the rate cards in consultation with the Directors
- Typing, formatting and sending of quotations drafted by the technical team
- Billing and invoicing of clients
Qualifications and Experience
- At least a Diploma in a Business-related course
- 2 years’ work experience/ one year in a similar position
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Flexible and teachable with a pleasant personality type
- Team player with excellent planning and organizing skills
- Strong commercial acumen and a creative mindset
- Proficient in MS Office and good time management skills
- Proactive and able to use own initiative
