Position Title: Group Accountants
We are seeking to add accountants to our accounting and financial services team to assist with expanding business.
The main services provided include:
- Daily bank statements booking and cash reconciliation
- Preparation of payment orders and cash reports
- Financial analysis: Monthly checking of Gross profit, overheads, etc.
- Raising sales invoices, on monthly basis or per request
- Accounts payable and Accounts receivable reconciliations
- Advisory financial services
- Accounting KPI reporting & monitoring
The role will involve:
- Creation of invoices and allocation of payments received.
- Processing bill payments.
- Verify payments and deposits made through the company accounts.
- Weekly & monthly reconciliation of the company accounts.
- Managing day-to-day transactions.
- Posting daily receipts.
- Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts.
- Perform any ad-hoc finance-related duties as may be required.
- Preparation and submission of accounts.
Basic requirements for the role:
- 0-2 years of work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance/ CPA equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
Things that will make you stand out:
- Experience in the air cargo or logistics industry
- Can-do attitude.
- Experience using Dynamics and Office 365 will be an added advantage.
