Our client in motor vehicle industry are looking to hire a well-groomed Customer Service with sales and marketing skills.

She should have digital marketing skills, well-spoken with business acumen, be customer-focused, and be dedicated to offering service while providing solutions and support in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Welcoming customers and attending to their needs in a warm and friendly manner
  • Answering the office telephone in a courteous manner.
  • Responding to queries that come through the emails
  • Filling and following up on job cards and film requisition forms.
  • Making customer quotations and issuance of tax invoices and payment receipts.
  • Timely banking of cash sale proceeds and petty cash management.
  • Stock recording and monitoring and also participating in monthly physical stock count
  • Proper filing of all office documents and information
  • Ensure smooth running of the workflow by checking what the technicians are doing from time to time
  • Following up on client feedback and documenting the feedback
  • Timely preparation and sending of weekly reports that capture the number and nature of enquiries received via email, phone, WhatsApp and walk-ins as well as client feedback report. Technical department report as well.
  • Overseeing the general branch operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Any other duty assigned from time to time
  • Communication skills-oral and written

Sales & Marketing

  • Responding to queries that come through the emails
  • Online marketing of the products and services to generate sales
  • Maintaining, updating and submitting of daily sales records
  • Selling of company products and services to clients and also through online platforms
  • Processing of the documentation, the payments and registering of the products sold to and on the behalf of the customer in a timely manner
  • Support in media engagement and management generating sales
  • Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
  • Persists in sales even in the face of failure
  • Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management

Key Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Related Course.
  • Internship to 2 years maximum
  • Customer services
  • Sales (in-house)
  • Sales and Office administration
  • relevant experience in digital marketing
  • Very good writer skills.
  • Other skills needed: multitask environment, communication and organizational.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Presentation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Business acumen
  • Professional attire
