We seek to hire a Junior Strategy Advisor.
Reporting to the Lead consultant, the individual will support Medium Size Businesses (MSBs) in identifying and resolving strategic issues affecting their businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and help medium size businesses integrate and operationalize developed strategies
- Provide business advisory and analysis support to medium size businesses
- Prepare business plans, financial plans and pitch decks on behalf of clients
- Prepare and submit business tenders and bids in line with the outline TORs and proposals
- Deliver end-to-end business coaching and consulting assignments
- Manage and deliver projects per required standards and timelines
- Generate leads and sell WYLDE’s services to medium size businesses
- Conduct research, analyse, interpret and present data to support decision-making and problem-solving
- Establish and build strong client relationships
- Facilitate access to finance by developing investor-ready proposals
Required Specifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Strategy Development and Business Consulting
- A degree in business administration, finance, accounting, sales and marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyze, and disseminate information with
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
- Good understanding of general entrepreneurship concepts and strategy development
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to conduct research and analysis under limited guidance;
- Knowledge of and experience with statistical and reporting packages is an advantage
- Public speaking
