Position Title: Call Centre Support

Salary Range: Kes 20,000 – Kes 30,000

Our client, a leading multinational manufacturing and supplying IT Gadgets, is seeking to recruit a Call Centre Support.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver service and support to Hikvision clients via phone call, email, remote connection such as TeamViewer.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.
  • Follow up the problem with clients to ensure it is resolved.
  • Collaborate with colleagues for training and self-improvement.
  • Able to do the operation training for clients

Qualification, Skill & Experience

  • Good knowledge of the basic security electronics systems, especially CCTV, Access Control, Video Intercom, Intrusion alarm, Management software, etc.
  • High customer and service orientation.
  • Well-developed communication and analytical skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills and focus on quality.
  • Degree in IT or other related technical field.
  • More than 2 years working experience in call center related job or equivalent.
  • Will be able to speak fluent English.
  • Bilingual French and English is a plus.
  • Have experience working with international company.
