Position Title: Website Order Processor

Our client is the leading brand of Kitchen & Home Appliances company based in Nairobi.
They seek to hire a self-motivated and efficient Website Order Processor who will review orders on our website, process them in our ERP system, and ensure the deliveries to customers are fulfilled properly and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Review daily website orders
- Process the orders on the company’s ERP system
- Create shipping manifest for deliveries
- Track customers deliveries
- Handle any issues or discrepancies from customers regarding their orders
- Communicate delivery timelines to customers
- Perform product details updates on the website such as sale promotions, and uploading new products.
- Update the Website master product information details periodically.
- Generate monthly reports and analyze how products are performing.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Business degree/diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution (Marketing option will be an added advantage)
- With 3 years of experience at least 1+ years of experience in an e-commerce retail environment (preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
