Position Title: Cloud / AWS Technical Support
Responsibilities:
- Expertise in Application Deployment Management in a cloud environment
- Experience with and cloud services e.g. MS Azure or Amazon AWS
- Strong understanding of all phases of the SDLC
- Expertise in Application and Customer Service Support
- Ability to author and or revise standard materials for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, work instructions, catalogues, and related technical and administrative documents.
- A preference for a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage priorities
- Proven ability to convert complex technical information and translate it into business language for consumption by our customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills leveraging a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail as it relates to process and documentation.
- Technical Writing Skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with individuals and teams at all levels, both internally and externally
Qualifications:
- Should have technical background
- Experience in start-up environment
- Experience in Cloud environment
- Diploma/Degree in IT
