Position Title: Cloud / AWS Technical Support

Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in Application Deployment Management in a cloud environment
  • Experience with and cloud services e.g. MS Azure or Amazon AWS
  • Strong understanding of all phases of the SDLC
  • Expertise in Application and Customer Service Support
  • Ability to author and or revise standard materials for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, work instructions, catalogues, and related technical and administrative documents.
  • A preference for a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage priorities
  • Proven ability to convert complex technical information and translate it into business language for consumption by our customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills leveraging a data-driven approach.
  • Exceptional attention to detail as it relates to process and documentation.
  • Technical Writing Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with individuals and teams at all levels, both internally and externally

Qualifications:

  • Should have technical background
  • Experience in start-up environment
  • Experience in Cloud environment
  • Diploma/Degree in IT
