Administrative Positions

The purpose of these jobs is to strengthen the university’s Administration Division in various departments.

Position Title: Senior Administrative Assistant (Administration & HR) – 1 Post

Reporting to the Head of Administration and HR, the Senior Administrative Assistant shall support the non-curricular administrative functions of the University’s Administration division.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, Human Resource or any other related field.
  • Diploma in Office Management or other professional certification in Operations Management is an added advantage
  • Must have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Administration or operations management preferably at the University level or in a large organization.
  • Must be registered by the relevant professional body.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills;
  • Understand and adhere to PAC University Statement of Faith.
