Education Sector Sales Executive Job Vacancy in Kenya

Our client in the Education Sector is looking for a Sales Executive.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting set regional sales strategies.

He/she shall be responsible for proactively creating leads, meeting sales targets and increasing brand awareness.

Gross Salary: Kes 40,000/-

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with management to set sales strategies for the business
  • Achieve the set sales and revenue targets
  • Identify sales leads, pitch, and close new business deals with existing and new clients
  • Establish and maintain contact and good relationships with clients
  • Create and increase brand awareness
  • Manage digital media platforms
  • Create and manage marketing and promotional content
  • Monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and report on the same
  • Conduct market research on a continuous basis
  • Ensure they understand and master the schools’ ecosystem
  • Follow up with clients on payments
  • In collaboration with the internal team establish the department’s processes and procedures

Person’s Specifications

  • Has experience working with schools in Kenya
  • Aggressive at selling and with a proven sales record
  • Has excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Creative and possess great digital marketing skills and knowledge
  • Must be motivated and target driven
  • Ability and willingness to learn & grow
  • Relationship management skills
  • Strong work ethic and a team player
